cutlery Tool

The damaging side effects of single-use plastics are now well-known, but in 2001, the full story was only just beginning to reach popular consciousness. As the first bio-plastic samples came to market, the brief was to replace single-use plastic cutlery with something that was more functional and more sustainable.Studiomama designed a cutlery tool is that combined the functionality of a spoon, fork, knife and teaspoon and developed a prototype from bio-plastic.

The project was included in John Sorrell’s annual Design Yearbook.
