Designed as a studio space on three levels, this scheme is developed on the footprint of a garage. The concept was to
maintain a predominant use of brick which is in sympathy with the fabric of the street and surrounding area. Instead of
windows in the facade, a pattern was made by leaving out bricks.

Once inside one sees there is a vertical courtyard within the brick exterior, and the pattern on the facade becomes
visable as pinpoints of light. This effect happen in reverse a night when the building is illuminated from with.
